Exhibition Fee and Booth Size for the Corporate Exhibition Area
Booth Dimensions- 3 m wide x 3 m deep x 2.5 m high
- Booth Fee
- 250,000 yen (excluding tax)
* The above price does not include consumption tax.
* The exhibition fee includes the provision of basic fixtures, a company sign, and a 500 W electrical outlet.

Friday 31 August (or once the available exhibition space has been filled)
Cancellation Charges
- From the day after the Application Deadline to the day before the Exhibitors’ Explanatory Conference for Exhibitors
- 50% of the exhibition fee
- On and subsequent to the day of the Explanatory Conference for Exhibitors
- 100% of the exhibition fee
Special Facilities for Exhibitors
- Electrical Power Supply
- The booth fee includes provision of a 500 W electrical power outlet with two switchable sockets. Exhibitors with requirements in excess of this will need to bear the associated costs of installation.

Terms and Conditions
Locations of Booths
The location of booths will be determined by the organizers after consideration of the overall number of booths, their exhibits, the zones in which they are to be placed, and any plans by exhibitors to conduct demonstrations. The final floor plan will be made public at the Explanatory Conference of Exhibitors.
Responsibilities of Exhibitors
Exhibitors are asked to be considerate with regard to sales and contracts. The organizers reserve the right to take measures including, but not limited to, the closing of an exhibit in the event of any unprofessional or disruptive conduct.
Cancellation of the Event
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in the case of a natural disaster, an accident, or for any other unavoidable reason. If the event is canceled prior to its opening, the organizers will undertake to return to exhibitors, in a ratio proportionate to the amount of monies that have been received, those funds that remain after expenses incurred by the organizers have been deducted. Management shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to the cancellation of the event.
