In November 2005, we held the last Aichi ITS Forum as the 1st anniversary event of the ITS World Congress, Nagoya Aichi 2004. The event was timed to coincide with the Nagoya Motor Show and featured a keynote speech & panel discussion; an ITS exhibition; a research paper contest for university students; and a civic participation program. The large number of participants at the event and it follows that we were we able to appealed ITS technologies to a wide group of people beyond just specialists.
